Lafayette Library Draft PEA - UPDATED WITH DTSC COMMENTS May 15, 2017

On May 15, 2017, The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) provided the following comment letter on the PEA:

At the May 10th Governing Board Meeting a Public Hearing will be held for comments on the Draft Preliminary Environmental Assessment (PEA) for the Lafayette Library site acquisition, link below.  The School District is planning to purchase the old library site to allow expansion of Lafayette Elementary and this document is required as part of the school site acquisition process.
